Terms of Service & Master Agreements

1. Scope of Engagement
These terms govern all commercial and technical engineering services provided by One Logic (SMC-Private) Limited, trading as Logics Limited, including custom software development, cloud POS systems, web platforms, mobile apps, AI automation, and executive virtual assistance.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed Statement of Work (SOW), upon receipt of full milestone payment, the client retains 100% intellectual property rights, copyright, and patent privileges for all bespoke code, schemas, and assets developed specifically for the client.
3. Milestone Acceptance & Warranty
Sprint deliverables are deployed to client staging environments for formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Following production sign-off, we provide a 30-day technical warranty to resolve any unintended software defects or regressions within the agreed technical scope.
4. Virtual Assistant Rolling Terms
Dedicated executive virtual assistant and remote operations retainers operate on flexible 30-day monthly rolling agreements with transparent hourly logging and no long-term restrictive covenants.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the corporate and commercial laws of Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan, or international arbitration venues specified in bilateral Master Services Agreements.
